This is self-help in the most empowering sense. Not some new-age nonsense, just practical and implementable advice. Like listening to a friend, not being lectured by a therapist. Highly recommended for anyone who needs a little emotional TLC.

5 stars. This podcast is about real stuff, and Sarah May dissects it all and helps you unpack your inner crazy dialogue, and replace it with a much more ordered and logical action plan. Even the episodes I don’t think relate to me, I get at least one piece of learning from.
