Too good to pass
As an Exercise Physiology student I'm having to constantly learn about the development of the human body anatomically, learning it's physiological processes, and even diving into several aspects of psychology in terms of sports performance and behavioural development. Listening to an expert panel of experienced practitioners in Movement sciences, Nutrition and Dietetics, Neurologists, and even the heads of health research departments around the world, discussing the various topics Mike has to offer is nothing less than informative and entertaining. If you're goal is to listen to a podcast to learn about idealistic research in different fields of health. For me, it does a lot to inform the listener (or viewer if you're watching from YouTube) about the vast research that goes on about each week's subject of discussion. Mike does a terrific job carrying forth with each interview, questioning, interpreting, and going into discussion the information being explained to both himself and the viewer. I plan to be listening to this podcast for a long time. Keep up the great work, and I'll be sure to share the links!!Read full review »

I recently found this podcast through another podcast. Mike is so clear and logical. I enjoy the different content areas he covers. I even bought his book and it has been very useful.
