“Hi Sahara and all those reading this review. This podcast is what I have been waiting for. Only 2 episodes in and it is a fresh, contemporary insight to Aryuveda. I got into Aryuveda because of Sahara. I am a vata mind/body type by birth and I literally was on youtube trying to find solutions to my digestive issues/constipation and constant bloating. Then I clicked on a video of Sahara sitting under a tree discussing this unknown word to me "Aryuveda"and how it changed her life. 2 years later and I am more in sync with my body mind and spirit then I have ever been.
