Good stuff!
When I discovered this podcast 2 weeks ago I thought that 42 episodes for the history of philosophy seemed to be a bit superficial but then I realised that after 42 episodes the podcast did not come further than Aristotle. Probably I have to wait until episode 420 until I can hear something about Nietzsche and will reach Wittgenstein just before I retire ... I will enjoy every podcast until then ...

Talks a little fast without enough inflection, otherwise great.

I am loving it, been with it for a long time. It is easy to understand for the novice, without dumbing it down too much. Cheers!

These podcasts are superb. Peter Adamson strikes just the right balance between accessibility and rigor. They are funny and clever enough to be engaging, yet detailed enough to provide real insight.
