Can’t Get Past the Annoying Voice
I love history, especially the look at history to get the facts straight without the spin, but I couldn’t make it 3 minutes listening to this podcast. The voice of the podcaster is atrocious as to how the accent (or whatever it’s called) at the ending of sentences. It reminds me of the movie clip from Loudermilk and Ron Livingston’s character having to deal with the annoying voice of the barista. If I didn’t know it, Lindsay must be the actress in that scene. Learn to talk without sounding like a teenage brat or a rich girl who doesn’t give a crap.

It’s bad enough that the host has a voice best suited for mimework, but that would have been fine if it has been contained to her own podcast. The fact that her screechy tones are now invading actual podcasts I listen to is just torture.
