Your insights and hers were so helpful, as I have been trying to stick to the bean protocol, after years of chronic digestive problems from living in Mexico. I seem to be OK to consume the huge amount of beans (after a month of easing into it), but have yet to be able to comfortably and effectively digest nuts and good fats, which seem very irritating for my bowls. I’m worried that I’m missing out on the benefits of those good fats for my skin, hair, and everything else and I’m wondering what the solution to that is. I’m so looking forward to your next interview with her about the topic of Adrenaline, as this has been a huge issue for me - anxiety, sleeplessness, racing thoughts - despite meditating 2x per day. Exercise helps me release stress, but Karen said that exercise can promote more adrenaline, so how do we get around that catch-22?”
