I tried.
I had been looking for a new deep-dive story to listen to. This was not it. The host is a painfully-wannabe podcaster. The strange details she adds (an odd description of he colleague’s beautiful appearance, for no reason) are distracting. From the first episode, there is an uncomfortable air of racism/bias. The workers, who are belabored as not speaking English, are the focus as the ONLY possible suspects. There is no real support aside from the fact that the victim stated they made her uncomfortable, but not so uncomfortable to ever report. I made it through 3 episodes and just felt icky continuing. The family wants, and may deserve, answers, but this does not do that for them.
