I always love something genuine, and this podcast is that something.
The host psychologist is very helpful, relatable, understanding, and effective in his ways. The personal anecdotes with a hint of empathy and rationality in his tone of voice help drive his points home with sincerity and empowerment unseen from other psychologists on different platforms. To me, he’s an example of a true psychologist - one who truly understands the emotions of people and, by extension his patients, and offers help specifically tailored to them (and, generally, us!) without reverent adherence to orthodox therapy methods. Overall, a psychologist who did his homework, reflected on it, and that’s with all of his life’s determination. Those are my humble thoughts.
