“It’s rather uncanny how Dorothy just knows what you need to hear when you need to hear it. There is an episode for just about every emotion, thought, and situation that you are facing in terms of your break up. I love how she focuses on your mindset and emphasizes that it isn’t time you need, but mental coaching. I swear that the techniques that she talks about have not only helped me through my breakup, but have transcended into my daily life too. I was hesitant to listen at first due to my skepticism of a “breakup coach” and how effective that concept could be, but I needed this so much more than I ever would have known. Seriously, don’t sit this one out because you think you don’t need it. Give it a listen and I promise it will console you in ways you didn’t think possible.”
