Was listening to the Lex Friedman podcast and heard your interview and had to subscribe. I’ve been binging and have left Lex on the sidelines because I can’t get enough of this. Thanks for sharing your love of science and can’t wait for more and more episodes.

Dr. Huberman is a great host! I listened to the Bipolar episode and was hooked. His explanations are clear and consistent; easy to understand; plus, he has a sense of humor and is willing to explore alternative treatments. Highly recommend!

Simply the best health/physiology podcast I’ve come across. He treats the listener like the smart and already fairly informed person that most of us are, assuming that we understand and have read a decent amount about nutrition, exercise, sleep, psychology, etc.
