I’I have learned so much about the brain, the mind, and the body in general. I joined this podcast recently and I binged most of the previous episodes. I am very grateful to Andrew and his team for putting this together! Personally, I like solo episodes as they much more focused on the topic at...Read full review »

I’ve listened to a few episodes now from the start of the pod to latest ones. they are all the same for the most part and that is nice. However the Dr does double speak a few times every transition and that shots get a bit annoying. Say you’ll cover it later and be done. Don’t say it, justify...Read full review »

So insightful and scientific, yet also so passionate and easy to resonate with. While sharing expert knowledge, Huberman manages to make it interesting and applicable for the audience. It’s admirable for someone to share such in-depth and not so accessible information on health with the public...Read full review »

I LOVE how thorough, well-researched, and nuanced this podcast is. BUT, the only reason I give it 4 stars, is that for some reason research pertaining specifically to women is almost never mentioned. It surprises me, given the in depth nature of the podcast. For example, intermittent fasting is...Read full review »

I listened to Dr. Huberman a while back and I stopped because I felt he was being influenced by industry, conventional medicine and the Ivory Towers of our major Teaching Hospitals. Recently, I listened to a podcast with Dr. Huberman and Dr. Jack Kruse and I was very impressed with his openness...Read full review »

This is by far the most personally impactful podcast of my life even though I’ve never listened to a complete episode. So I have to confess I’m a casual listener to this podcast. I always enjoy it when I do. It often givrs me new insights and or knowledge . The actual reason for writing this review is because of the silly outrage over his private life. It appeared to me to be of a consensual nature. So…you go!
