Super excited for this podcast!
I always gain very valuable knowledge when listening to Dr Huberman. I’d be particularly interested in hearing about how sleep patterns can affect us. As a part time night shift worker who also has a lot of outdoorsy hobbies, I am constantly trying to switch around my sleeping pattern every few days. I would love some insights into how I can stay healthy, sleep better and just have a better understanding of how this can affect other aspects of my body and brain.
