Great guests. Same stumbling blocks.
I have listened to over a half dozen full episodes and numerous partial episodes. The guests are great and bring varied knowledge and experience to the discussion. No grade inflation as I look at three stars as average. My personal take is that I find it difficult to listen with all the interruptions from Jared. Jeremy too at times falls in to this. I inevitably say to myself, “Let them talk” in reference to the guest. The great guests they’ve had can carry much of the discussion and only need thoughtful questions to carry the podcast moving. I feel duo have great input to the subject matter, though times that they interject that should be chosen wisely. Interjections should be chosen selectively. That may be at the end of the podcast or in a separate episode where specific moments, quotes, or topics from multiple podcasts are discussed. I feel this would allow for smoother flow of the discussions and opportunity to add the Huntr view while getting the most content out of their guests.

I really enjoy listening to these guys and they continue to bring in the top guys in the industry for spirited conversation, debate, and sharing knowledge! I agree with other comments that mention less interruptions and more steering the conversation would make for an even better show.
