Appreciate the content!
This podcast was recommended to me by my ADHD consultant psychiatrist in the UK when I was first diagnosed with ADHD a coil months ago. As a woman diagnosed late in life (age 64), I didn’t know what to do. The carefully researched episodes on executive function and rejection syndrome were eye opening for me. It explained so much of my life. Through these informative and down to earth episodes, I’ve come to realize I’m not a moral failure! And that I’m not the problem (also loved and related so much to the episodes with Helen Villiers)! Thank you! I do appreciate the service you’re performing for people like myself. And having sampled some of the other ADHD podcasts out there, I can say yours is the consistently well-researched and helpful one I’ve found.

My favourite line “ pill don’t teach skills” !!! Kristen is just blessing us with all of ADHD...Read full review »
