Never given much educational support from my primary care physicians on any treatments ideas besides Taking medications .
I truly feel your voice and words and advice and recommendations have been so helpful and can’t wait to hear more of your podcasts!
Your episode on grief /guilt and letting go of the past really hit home to me and releasing past mistakes. There is no value in holding onto mistakes we made while not being treated for our ADHD ,
When we weren’t aware we had a learning disability and neurological problem.
