Genuine and knowledgeable
My go to podcast! Being able to identify with behaviors, thoughts, patterns, feelings, and emotions, that are so familiar to me but never realized they were issues and that it is ok. Kristen has helped me realize that I can manage my ADHD with hard work, being intentional and not being so defensive, Thank You!

Great podcast, hearing your story inspires me to keep trying, just don’t know how to go about it. I have ADHD too. And other than the meds and hearing the podcasts it’s hard to know what else to do.
