“I really love this podcast, and I summed up why in the title of my review.
Kristen herself is inspirational, her story proving just what those of us with ADHD can achieve despite the extra challenges we face every day.
The podcast is informative, with each episode offering information and advice on a different aspect of the condition, and how it affects different areas of our lives.
It’s easy to feel alone when you grow up thinking that you’re different to everyone else, so hearing Kristen relate her personal experiences with ADHD is a real comfort-
I’m a member of a tribe, a community, a family.
If you have ADHD or know someone who does, then it’s worth having a listen.”
