“I used to be a huge Ideas fan. I listened to it every evening for several years. I loved the educational and thought-provoking subjects they explored. Now, it’s become almost unlistenable – totally dominated by the liberal/leftist agenda. If the episode is not some dry, somber spiel examining gender or race, they will somehow find a way to insert a few lines about gender or race. Or perhaps glorify some woman’s achievements. I’m a young woman, and I find it eye-rollingly irritating! It’s sad to watch one of your favourite podcasts turn into a globalist mouthpiece propaganda machine. Politics aside, the general quality has gone downhill – the writing, interview subjects, content, etc.
Make more interesting documentary-style episodes about random fascinating and educational things like music, psychology, nature, law, bees, the Socratic method, Leonardo DaVinci.... you know... things that are interesting!!”
