One house many nations
I truly appreciated the topic and the solutions presented in this episode. I was seriously surprised by the lack of critical thought in accepting that all identified problems can be ascribed to colonialism. With an episode that so wonderfully celebrates solutions from indigenous and non-indigenous people working together, it is ironic that this episode’s tone so often turns to the divisive discourse of victor and victim. I think we need to acknowledge our ancestors activities and move on with positive solutions such as these community leaders have proposed and implemented.
