“I really want to like Idle Weekend. I alway enjoy Rob Zachny's podcasts. He's thoughtful, speaks well, and always makes it clear that he's expressing his opinion, not handing down tables from Mt. Sinai. I particularly like that he tends to be a bit of a contrarian and can gently challenge his co-hosts.
Danielle brings a lot of energy to the show. But she is constantly, constantly, viewing everything thru the lens of gay / trans / gender politics. At first it's interesting, but at some point a steady stream of of gender issues gets annoying.
