Coming from someone who is open-minded and relatively middle of the road, I laugh when the "unbiased" word is thrown in during the intro. I love the straight-on reporting, and the different viewpoints. Those are what we need to hear, from the various sources, to help us choose our own...Read full review »

I like the idea of this podcast but the execution needs a bit of work. I find the banter annoying and I don’t understand the repetition when a mistake is made. Please remove the banter. And if a word is fumbled, just correct the word instead of repeating the entire sentence until it’s correct. It...Read full review »

Pulling from new sources from both the left and right is a good idea and helpful to take in. However, the announcers seem really poorly informed, and often mispronounce the names of well known leaders and places. Their attempts at humor are weak at best. The inclusion of baseless predictions...Read full review »

I love that the bias in the news is acknowledged and the stories are widespread. The occasional commentary in this podcast is entertaining and engaging. With AI pulling from 5,000 articles, I finally feel like I can listen to the news with the most objectivity currently possible.

Good concept and selection of stories. Would be better if they got rid of the stupid banter and worthless Metaculus predictions. Would rather hear poll results if they insist on giving quantitative information to backup the stories but could just get rid of that altogether. Also, we don’t need or...Read full review »

These are fantastic news reports and I very much appreciate this approach. But I really hate hearing these guys share their opinions of every news story. The ENTIRE reason I like this newscast is that it’s focused on FACT. I DON’T NEED OR WANT OPINION!!!

This kind of reporting needs more support. The topics are relevant, current and plain. I find the reporting unbiased, honest. It’s also gives a complete picture of both the subject and the narrative. More power to you!

Would love to listen every morning so I can be doing other things, but the latest episode is 3 days ago! Is it not possible to be current with the podcast? This would make it a 5 star for me.

I like the idea. But it’s hard to give credence to the claim that they read 5,000 articles daily with machine learning and then summarize viewpoints, when they have read the exact same two viewpoints every day about any story about Ukraine conflict for weeks on end. Unsubscribed.

No clue who / how this is being paid for, but I appreciate what your group does! Love the reporting style. I feel a lot more informed and less prone to narrative bias

This podcast is all you need about news in one package—it gives you the facts and different perspectives on multiple trending topics. I love that they don’t lean on any sides and succinctly present important facts.

Love the separation of facts from narratives. It’s amazing how different perspectives can be from different sources, all supposedly “mainstream media.”

Love that this podcast just gives you the facts —they aren’t trying to convince anyone that one side is better than the other. They let you make up your own mind!

Improve the News is a brilliant way to stay up to date on current events and offers a balanced perspective on key topics. With people becoming more and more divided in their political views, It’s so important to break out of your bubble so you can learn about the other side , and make more...Read full review »

I like the music. I like the pace at which the speakers are talking. I use the improve the news app on my phone and it feels like a podcast-ification of the app and website. I’ll definitely listen to this when I’m not able to be on my phone or computer to get my daily news intake.

I love this podcast! I am not a news fan, I often get bored reading news articles. This program gives me a condensed version of the most important events that I can listen to while I cook my breakfast in the morning. I also like that it separates the facts from the spin; this way I am better...Read full review »
