“Coming from someone who is open-minded and relatively middle of the road, I laugh when the "unbiased" word is thrown in during the intro. I love the straight-on reporting, and the different viewpoints. Those are what we need to hear, from the various sources, to help us choose our own sources for more info, and to be aware of various spins. The newsreaders, however, cannot help themselves from showing their liberal sides. It's frustrating to want to hear all sides, and to listen to various views-but when opinion is pushed in there, when it's promised to be somewhat neutral, I can't help but be totally turned off.
