Recent topics include a roundtable on astrophysics which attempts to answer--as best we currently know--what the universe is made of. The program was fascinating.
Another recent program discusses the origins of angels and how the human concept of angels has evolved over time.
If you are looking for a podcast to really make you think, this podcast is for you.
