Insightful, analytical, and in-depth + humor
I started listening to this podcast after my first 4-day holiday in Cambodia. I really liked the place and felt a genuine interest in learning more about the country’s recent history and what people have been through. I knew the basics and naturally started looking for an audiobook or a podcast, only to find this jewel. It’s been a month now and I’ve almost finished the entire series. I really like the narrative style, the occasional humor, the in-depth analysis, and just how informative and easy to follow the content is. One of my all time favorite podcasts so far.

You are doing such a fantastic job, well done. The depth of your research and deep interest in the topic makes this one of the best topical podcasts I have come across so far. I may have to cite this podcast in my research paper on the economic legacy of the Khmer Rouge period. :)
