Too much interrupting, too much Netflix and just enough indie
I keep listening for the information, but there are definitely a few things that frustate me about this podcast. Thompson (I think that is her name) is constantly interrupting the other host. The guy can barely get in a good word on some episodes. And speaking of Thomspon, she usually can't get through an episode without gushing about Netflix as if she were a (very well) payed sponsor. There are other things out there doing good work besides Netflish. And their choice of film is too elitist at times. But I guess that goes with the title. It is good for converstation though when it comes to lesser known titles, indie projects and more artsy fare.Read full review »
