Needs some work and thought put into it.
I love the idea of this podcast, but do you guys even listen to the recording before posting it? Today I listened to episode #131, and I guess Ann was filing her nails while podcasting? Was she raised by wolves? Maybe (I hope) she was writing furiously and that's what I heard, but regardless, the mic was RIGHT next to whatever was happening and that's all you can hear. You can also hear Ann rudely and snidely interrupting her co-host at every turn. Seriously, what a codfish! Get some polish.Read full review »

I'm so glad that this is a weekly podcast. Excellent coverage from the finest in cinema reporting. Coming from both NYC and LA, Kohn and Thompson are two of the busiest within the field and always deliver the finest. They compliment each other very well. This is an Interesting podcast, but the god awful sound makes it sooo unpleasant to listen to ! You wonder why Indiewire doesn't invest in a pair of good microphones and a sound engineer for its journalist ! So many people with lesser organizations manage to get it right...
