“I learned about IF from Rhonda Patrick and was looking for some more information. I listened to Delay Don’t Deny and thought it was good and gave this podcast a try. Some of the interviews are better than others and there’s some good info sprinkled throughout but the whole thing has kind of a weird fawning thing going on where the interviewees act like they’re star struck over the author. I gather she has a popular Facebook group and has chosen the people from her fans. And they actually call themselves fangirls and part of Gin-nation. It’s bizarre. So I would say if you’re already part of Gin-nation or “team Gin” whatever that means, then you’ll probably enjoy this podcast Otherwise, keep looking.”
