Learning new things is fun
I think Omar and Eric understand the titular sentiment. I never would have clicked on things talking about gut flora, mental health, or chrononutrition - but I’m glad I did. The friendship is potent amongst ALL the guests and I like to hear/watch Eric and Omar converse. The fitness community is really friendly. Again, because that reason I listen to all the podcast episodes even if I “have no interest.” By the end of the episode(s) I am humbled by my arrogant biases and eager for more. Highly recommend this podcast. Just don’t start it when you’re doing heavy triples because you will fail your reps laughing!

By far my favourite podcast. I have no idea how they manage to combine science, lifting and banter without any of those aspects being diluted by the others. An outstanding combination, making even the driest of details interesting and fun. Although, I did prefer the former co-hosts 🤷‍♀️

This is a breath of fresh air. Realy mixing up the podcast genre with great hosts and varied topics. I always get something new from every podcast and appreciate all the content you both put out. You have made a difference to my learning and life!

I’m extremely grateful to the hosts, thank you so much for quality content,...Read full review »
