Try and think beyond the birth
Great podcast for first time parents. This might annoy you a bit if you are on your second or more pregnancy. As it’s so little about you once the baby is born. Sleep will be a mere dream as will self care and the only answer is waiting it out until they are a bit older or loads of money for a nanny 😂.

Quite a helpful podcast to listen along to but found some of the terms used really quite alienating to the women who listen to this podcast. We’re pregnant women, and it’s breastfeeding. The woke language only serves to alienate and irritate your core audience.
