“Was really looking forward to this as am 3 months pregnant and loving to learn about all things birth and pregnancy and the amazing and powerful things women can do! But just listened to the doula episode, and was really disturbed by the constant repetition of the dehumanizing term “birthing persons.” Reducing women to a biological function or a body part is not “inclusive”, it’s rather pathetic attempt to stay in lock step with a woke trend. Women give birth, women breastfeed. Inclusivity is fine until it brushes up against high school level biology and very basic facts. Please stop the nonsense and give women the respect we deserve!”
