I use to love it
I use to love this podcast so much but now I realize that it’s just the same broken record week after week. I hate to say it but DO NOT listen to this podcast if you are competing. Jenna’s lackadaisical approach to prep (going over on macros, having cookies, ordering Uber eats) really infiltrates your mindset and you start to make the same excuses in your own life. This is 100% not their fault or responsibility but just listen with caution. I understand they want to share the realities of prep but there are better resources to novitiate you and keep you on track. Jenna has so much potential but every episode she starts off talking about everything that went wrong that week and then ends the episode taking about how dedicated she’s is to the sport. It’s hard to hear week after week. Jake has become her accountability partner/ babysitter, not her coach. Jake, please release more solo content in the future because you have so much knowledge to share.

Whilst the content is ok these podcasts are terrible often dogs barking in the background long pauses whilst the host and guests take phone calls or answer the door, Heidi one done over zoom or something and there are long blanks and everyone talking over each other it’s horrible to listen to!
