54 breast cancer HER2Nu positive. Herceptin infusion once every three weeks for a year. Done next April. Gaining weight badly - especially around my middle. Did 34 sessions of radiation, two surgeries. No chemo. Did the sugar impct prior to cancer. Did the Whole 30 prior too - no food intolerances
Ready to get ahold of this before I cant fit thru the door 🤣🤣
Need to stop drinking wine for sure and let go of the white stuff yes. I eat a lot of fish and vegtables, blueberries is my only fruit, one cup of black coffee a day. 12 hour fast is easy for me as I dont do breakfast. Help?”
