Skeptic to a believer
To be honest I’m a skeptic the more I start learning about “healthy lifestyle hacks.” The main reason is because it is overwhelming and it’s easier to just maintain the status quo. There is too much to buy or do and I never really know where to start. A friend of mine recommended I start listening to his podcast. The first one I listen to I was so excited because JJ talked about pick one thing and start with that. I also started learning more about tapping and first training and incorporated that into my daily routine. Some really big stress point in my life started going away or at least I was managing them better and not letting them eat me up. I started changing some things in my diet and although I am still not hundred percent where I need to please baby steps have made huge improvements and I am motivated to want to do more. I have loved every guest speaker with the diversity and Breadth of information. I have shared so many topics with friends dealing with some of the specific problems and concerns. I love your shakes and bars which are some of the best I’ve found and believe me I’ve tried many. Thank you JJ for your sincerity to want to improve quality of life for many. Keep up the great work, months later I’m still listening and doing and that’s rare for me!

“The fastest way to feel better is to change what’s at the end of your fork.” Profound. I’m going to post that on my IG. 😊 Thanks for a great podcast.

This was a new insight on food intolerances and I can identify with some of the symptoms. Yasmina described the role histamine very clearly and offered alot of information.
