This has been sooooo good to listen to with my 9year old son. It verbalized things that he experiences and then we can’t all about them and figure out ways to work WITH his adhd and not against it. He feels so seen and validated. I would give it 100 stars if I could.

My ten year old with ADHD listened to all five episodes in one sitting. He was so excited when I told him there was a podcast just for him. I think it felt really good to hear strengths that he can develop as well as learn tools to overcome difficult things. He can’t wait for more episodes!!
