“I listen to this pod to get me back on track and give me a reality check. I’ve followed Nikki on IG for several years since I got interested in Kayla Itsines program. I can really relate to her journey and evolution since then. Some of the realizations that resonate with me: “Jumping around” (ie HIIT) multiple times a week isn’t the greatest for your joints or necessary to be slim. Obsessively tracking your food isn’t the greatest either. Strength training is awesome. Being skinny is overrated. You can be stunning and have cellulite and butt-ne. I hope she continues to keep it real!”
