Easy to follow and informative
What I love about Nicki’s podcast and her brand in general is that she is very down to earth and relatable. Some fitness tips influencer are a bit intimidating and their fitness journey is not for the the everyday person. I love how Nicki practices balance, i think because she struggled with her weight before that makes her understand the daily struggles of trying to get healthy. Go listen to her podcast, they are quick and on point!!!!

Nikki’s body positivity and encouragement makes me feel great about my fitness journey even when I’m not were I want to me. She has wonderful tips on food and fitness, and has gentle reminders that photos can be deceiving, as well as lighting. I love everything that she puts out. @kittenkate5
