Feel like you’re not enough or haven’t made enough progress?
This was so great to hear! I feel like I’ve been struggling to notice progress after doing up to 5 workouts a week and trying to eat better along with walking/etc. to get eyes in. I know that after listening to this podcast that it really does take time and you have to put in the work to see the results. I will continue to hold myself accountable, but at the same time know that results won’t happen overnight or even after 1+ weeks! Thanks Nikki!!
