No Dog In This Fight
Living across the country I had no clue about this case. Do I feel a bias is being expressed? Absolutely, anyone that listens to any podcast should be able to pick up on that quickly. However, red solo cups, leaf blower and never attempting to go into the house where the dead body was found? Hello, those are huge errors. Let’s face it, if you’re an ordinary, everyday person that a cop doesn’t know and there is a dead body found in your yard, chances are pretty good the cops are going to question you and ask for consent to get in your house. Seriously, the red solo cups screams reasonable doubt. Here’s the deal, you get one chance at a crime scene. You treat it like a crime until you prove otherwise. They bundled it and you can’t convict someone when the investigation is beyond sloppy. Again, red solo cups and leaf blower says it all!
