I am really enjoying Adam’s podcast. All very informative and interesting. The only think I find unfortunate is that about of times the host talks over his guest. It’s rude and disrespectful. And distracting as a listener.

This podcast not only features the top Ashtanga teachers but goes beyond to include incredibly respected people in their fields such as Krishna Das, Basel van Der Kolk and more. The host is intelligent and interested.

An excellent third road between the ubiquitous esoterics & the fitness-smiles one meets so inevitably when practicing yoga, this podcast is well-balanced & reflective. All konds of inbetween trails taken by the guests. Despite me having problems with the appearingly authoritarian Ashtanga...Read full review »

The "Keen on Yoga Podcast" episode featuring Krishna Das is a soul-stirring journey into the heart of devotion and music. Krishna Das's tales of his time with Maharaj-ji, his commitment to Bhakthi Yoga, and his evolution into a global kirtan sensation are both inspiring and deeply...Read full review »

I was excited to find this podcast and listened to his interview with David Swenson. I was amazed and disappointed at the pettyness of some of the questions and the interviewers desire to talk over and more than his guest. It was very strange and awkward. For example Swenson describes his...Read full review »

This podcast was my revelation and it helped me so much to understand different points of views of yoga traditions, to learn a lot about yoga philosophy and so much more, but most impactful: connect more to my yoga practice 🕉️ Highly recommend!

I commend the concept and guest roster, but unfortunately I had to stop listening bc of how often the host is talking over guests and the audible aspirated inhales that are distracting (maybe will improve w practice and time :).

Although there are many good things about this podcast it is sad to see the failings of KPJ turned into a smear campaign against the Guru tradition, which seems to be the intention of the host as he steers questions in that direction. I am very saddened as someone of Indian descent seeing the...Read full review »

The guests on the podcast share a lot of great insights and wisdom. However, the audio quality of the podcast is pretty bad tbh. Additionally, the host should really shop interrupting the guests!!!

Good variety of subjects which are interesting but he needs to stop cutting them off and interrupting them!! It gets annoying that he interjects while they are speaking - even after he JUST asked them a question.
