“So I’ve been listening to this podcast that I discovered recently. For those of you not sure if you wanna listen.... this is the breakdown I can provide.
These two guys dig up really cool obscure historical things about Los Angeles and they share all this information in a super fast pace and funny format, so it doesn’t get boring.
They both enjoy laughing at their own jokes that aren’t really as funny as they think, but are still enjoyable to listen to.
My favorite part about it is they don’t take themselves very seriously, are pretty self deprecating, and genuinely seem to love their city. They seem very proud to share all this information, and the manner in which they do it keeps it fresh and entertaining.
I frequently find myself going on the Internet to go look at pictures of the many things that they talk about from the history of Los Angeles that i never knew about.
If you are from Los Angeles, or simply a history buff, and you like to laugh at corny jokes, listen to this podcast, you will not be disappointed.”
