“If you’re interested in true crime and psychology, this is the perfect podcast! I’ve been listening to a lot of crime shows, and sometimes it can be exhausting listening to hours of horrible details (I love it, don’t get me wrong, but sometimes you need a break). This podcast is the antidote for when you want a true crime fix, but with a broader topic lens that goes into multiple cases, and grants some insight as to why and how these things could happen on a mental or societal level. I love clinical discussion and theory, and I find their topics fascinating. Plus they offer personal stories and experience in the field, which I'm finding pretty rare in the podcast category.
