“I personally believe learning by immersion is great. If I could sit at a cafe and overhear people talking in Japanese all day, I would naturally pick up on high/lows, pronunciation, emotions associated with phrases, etc. I couldn't learn 100% completion but a good majority. I can sit anywhere and here this very well recorded and speakers who are excellent Japanese speakers talk in perfect English explaining what is is their conversations are!
