“I discovered LTCWM about 2 months ago because I was looking for a career change but was unsure about how to go about that. Luckily, LTCWM has been a tremendously valuable resource because of the supportive network that Laurence has built for both new coders and for programmers that are more advanced. The LTCWM podcast is a fantastic extension to her existing platform. Hearing real stories from successful people in tech, who began their career just a few years ago, from the same starting point that I am now currently in, is incredibly invigorating (especially when you feel like you are stuck in a rut when learning a new programming language). I love that her first couple interviews were with women who had almost no background in tech, and they both decided to go head first in a career that is predominately men. The LTCWM podcast has practical and useful information for everyone, regardless of your programming level, and, it isn’t filled with random fluff just to fill the time. I love Laurence’s own personal story of how she got in tech because it's so inspiring and now she is giving others the opportunity to tell their motivating story too. Check out the podcast, you will fall in love with it and gain so much knowledge!”Read full review »

“I've listened to the first 3 episodes and love them all. They are very insightful for beginner such as myself and I've been able to take away a lot. I can't wait until Tuesday when the next episode is released.”Read full review »
