She has a recent episode in which she is acting as a rape apologist for a known abuser in the comedy scene. She calls the multi-verified accusations of the survivors of his abuse “lies” without following up with any of them. She has given a platform for a rapist to again traumatize the people he victimized. It’s appalling.

This series was recommended to me by a colleague, so I was looking forward to listening and learning. As soon as Laurie used the very dated term "HR Lady" in her intro (more than once!) she lost credibility in my mind.
