A new, thought-provoking series from one of my favorite HR voices! I especially liked the info about UBI, as well as the Jason Lauritsen episode. His description of the ever-widening gap between employer and employee perspectives really hits the nail on the head: how do we reconcile employees' relational approach to the workplace, with employers' contractual, production-motivated one? Laurie does an exceptional job of interviewing her guests and bringing the ideas to life through her genuine curiosity. The discussions go well beyond “HR” and “work” and provide valuable insights for life from smart and often pragmatic guests and Laurie. Highly recommend.

This cutting edge podcast keeps it real. As a corporate yoga teacher for nearly two decades now, I have to agree that the work world is definitely a bit broken. Laurie provides real insights and ideas and a fresh way of looking at the bigger picture. Highly recommend!
