YAAAAAAAAAAS
A podcast hosted by someone you look up to, addresses mental health, reassures you that you're not alone, and provides insight on how to better manage whatever you're going through?? Sign me up forever. This channel is my first experience with Podcasts and I'm so glad that I've finally decided to give it a shot because it's already helped me in more ways than I can imagine. While listening, I'll usually fit in a nice workout because pairing mental health and physical health just works for me and allows me the ultimate me time. If you're reading the reviews, trying to decide whether or not to give it a go, I definitely recommend it because 1. What have you got to lose and 2. Taylor and Kit are amazing. And if you're Taylor or Kit reading this, thank you SO much- you'll never know just how much this podcast means to me.Read full review »

More reviews of Let's Talk About It With Taylor Nolan
Refreshingly original & with more depth than 99% of content out there. As a student therapist, I am able to apply these talks directly to my life & work. Taylor was my spirit animal during her time on The Bachelor, but now she’s also become someone I aspire to as well. A+!
