Real, Raw, and Relatable
I am currently working toward a degree in Psychology with the goal to become a mental health counselor. I know all too well of the stigma surrounding mental health. This sense of shame won’t disappear overnight, but it’s really encouraging to see Taylor using her platform to chip away at that brick wall. At the very least, it’s certainly a step in the right direction! I look forward to each and every episode because Taylor and Kitt keep it light, fun, informative, and RELATABLE, all the while doing their best to make a difference. (:
