“I have nothing but positive things to say about this podcast. Taylor and Kitt are down to earth and a breath of fresh air. they help me feel like I am not alone in many of the issues I’ve encountered as both a social worker and a human being: stigma, being labeled / put into boxes, forgetting to take care of myself when busy helping others, and dealing with anxiety. I love the “homework assignments” with this podcast too- because they are easy, practical things I can do every week to improve my wellbeing”
