Amazing!
Even if I hadn’t given birth to this amazing woman I would still listen to this podcast! Informative and transformative, Taylor and Kitt open up and delve into mental health issues, their goal to start a conversation about emotional, psychological, and social well being, aspects of our self that have been clouded by stigma. Its time we talk about these issues and learn new and better ways to move forward, and these are the admirable individuals to help you on your path. Love you Tay and I’m so proud of you! (Sorry I couldn’t resist)

More reviews of Let's Talk About It With Taylor Nolan
Refreshingly original & with more depth than 99% of content out there. As a student therapist, I am able to apply these talks directly to my life & work. Taylor was my spirit animal during her time on The Bachelor, but now she’s also become someone I aspire to as well. A+!
