Best Yoga Podcast out there
Ive just started listening I got to LTY and I’ve learned more about the path of Yoga from 3 eispodes of this podcast than I have from any other source in my 10 years of practice. As a Yoga student and teacher I am so grateful for this resource and offering, do yourself a favour and subscribe.
