Arundhati is sharing the most insightful conversations about Yoga. I especially value her concern for what her students learn, the roots of Yoga, and the realistic modern householder practices which help me show up on and off the mat each day. As a teacher myself, thank you.

Some of the guest are quite interesring. However, the host is too anxious, talks too fast and asks several queations at once.

Arundhati’s contemplations and conversations on yoga are so helpful. It’s especially (ironically) unique that she shares lessons from a personal, cultural, and linguistic perspective of someone raised in India. Thank you so much for the deep and digestible podcast!

The best and most authentic yoga podcast available. Arundhati’s interviewing questions are always right on. Her ability to summarize for the listener is superb. As good as Oprah. She knows who to interview. A great help for me on my journey.❤️🙏.
